Laurent Wagner has a PhD in development economics from the University of Clermont Auvergne. He is the author of several publications in journals such as World Development, Review of World Economics, and The World Economy.

Laurent Wagner was a research officer at FERDI. A specialist in economic development, and applied econometrics, he contributes on topics related to trade facilitation, vulnerability, development aid effectiveness, and multilateral aid allocation.
