The information collected (email address) when you subscribe to the "Flash Info" on the ferdi.fr website is used to keep you informed about Ferdi news.

Data Collected When Registering for Training Courses

The information collected, including attached files, when you register for a training course is processed by Ferdi to manage registrations and select participants.

• Legal basis for processing: Performance of a contract or legitimate interest (Articles 6.1.b and 6.1.f of the GDPR).
• Data recipients: Ferdi and partners involved in organizing the training courses.
• Retention period: Data is kept for the duration necessary for the administrative management of training courses and is not retained if the candidate is not selected.

Data of Training Auditors

For training auditors, data is retained for administrative and pedagogical management and archived in accordance with current regulations on professional training:

• Documents related to auditor participation, grades, and assessments: 5 years
• Diplomas, certificates of achievement, and qualifications: Indefinitely
• Accounting documents: 10 years from the end of the training course in which you participated

Data Collected for Ferdi/IHEDD Communications

If you wish to receive information about IHEDD and Ferdi, we collect and store your first name, last name, position, institution, country, and email address. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to fabienne.rouanet@ferdi.fr.
