Matthieu Boussichas will take part in discussions on the development prospects of Least Developed Countries in the context of today’s major global challenges. On Thursday 21 May, he will speak during a late-morning session dedicated to monitoring the implementation of the 2021 Doha Programme of Action for LDCs, sharing insights on progress made, current priorities and the challenges related to its effective implementation.
This session focuses on the upcoming High-level Midterm Review of the Doha Programme of Action, taking place in Doha, Qatar in March 2027. The discussion will focus on monitoring progress on the DPOA implementation, on data for tracking progress on structural transformation, Vulnerability assessments, and policies and partnerships for productive transformation.
