Since 2017, he has been Dean of the School of Economics at the University of Clermont Auvergne.
His research covers monetary and financial economics, public finance, and development economics. He has published in peer-reviewed journals in French and English, and in books.
He has been an expert for national (Banque de France, French Ministry of Finance, AFD, French Ministry of Foreign Affairs) and international institutions (World Bank, BCEAO, UNDP, CEMAC, WAEMU).
