The Rector of Cheikh Anta Diop University of Dakar (UCAD), Ahmadou Aly Mbaye, visited Clermont-Ferrand on December 9th to meet with members of the Clermont Development Pole (PCDI), FERDI, Cerdi (UCA-CNRS-IRD), and GDN.
