A retrospective Economic Vulnerability Index

More than 300 attended the third edition of the Africa Resilience Forum (ARF) held from 4 to 6 March, 2019 at the African Development Bank headquarters in Abidjan. This year's forum focused on the theme "Fragility, Migration and Resilience".
The proceedings provided an opportunity for participants, including senior members of governments, representatives of international organizations, leading members of civil society, academics and businesspersons, to discuss the ongoing challenges posed by migration - security, youth unemployment, gender issues, and the effects of climate change.
Patrick Guillaumont, President of Ferdi, addressed the sixth plenary session on tools, products and strategies for building resilience.
