As part of the series of high-level conferences organized by the BCEAO Training and Research Centre (COFEB), Patrick and Sylviane Guillaumont (FERDI) were invited to discuss the theme "Making good use of the category of Least Developed Countries (LDCs) and ways to graduation," based on the recent book directed by Patrick Guillaumont "Out of the trap: supporting the Least Developed Countries," published a few months ago.
