Off-grid Renewable Energy Statistics Conference

The ORES Conference provided a forum to discuss how some of the challenges to collecting off-grid energy data might be overcome. The conference targeted a main audience of people responsible for collecting, reporting or using off-grid energy statistics within governments, the private-sector, NGOs and International Organizations. 

Mathilde Maurel (Centre d'Économie de la Sorbonne, FERDI) and Jean-Claude Berthelemy (Professor Emeritus, Université Panthéon Sorbonne, FERDI) introduced the main findings of their research on a new approach for economic impact evaluation of decentralized electrification projects.
