Patrick Plane, Emeritus Research Director in Economics at CERDI - CNRS and head of FERDI's Sustainable Competitiveness Observatory program, will participate in this event, which will take place from November 17 to 19, 2025, in Barcelona, Spain.
This event will bring together network members and institutional partners to reflect on FEMISE's journey over the past two decades, highlight its main achievements, and pave the way for a forward-looking dialogue on the future of Euro-Mediterranean cooperation.
