Vahinala Raharinirina, Vice-President of the University of Fianarantsoa, former Minister for the Environment and Sustainable Development of Madagascar, Senior Fellow at FERDI

Vahinala Raharinirina holds a PhD in Economics, specialising in environmental and natural resource economics, and focuses on environmental and sustainable development issues. A former Minister for the Environment and Sustainable Development in Madagascar, she is now a Senior Lecturer at the University of Fianarantsoa and an international expert on climate change, biodiversity, and sustainable development.
