Un indice d’engagement des États dans l’intégration régionale pour la renforcer : application à l’UEMOA

This composite index is based on indicators which measure the transposition and implementation of official community texts by each member state. The diagnosis is focused on the decision-making process of public authorities, which allows removing the influence of factors independent of their degree of commitment on the results of integration policies. A first application of this index to trade integration in WAEMU was carried out in 2016.
