  • In what atmosphere is COP 27 taking place while Sino-American tension has risen a notch and the war in Ukraine is mobilizing energy and financial support?
  • What is the extent of the means required for Africa to achieve its ecological transition, in addition to its own means? These means are not only financial but also concern training and technology transfers.
  • Since the Paris commitments, what has been the degree of mobilization of Northern countries and China to support the efforts of Southern countries in their ecological transition? Isn't adaptation disadvantaged in this globalization?
  • As the host country, Egypt has carefully prepared the Sharm-el-Sheikh COP, in liaison with African partners. How are the proposals of the countries of the South in the various fields concerned? What results can be expected from the ten days of negotiations at COP 27?
