The fourth Annual Bank Conference on Africa (ABCA) held at Berkeley, California, on June 1-2, 2017. It was organized jointly by the World Bank (Office of the Chief Economist for the Africa Region), the University of California, Berkeley, the Feed the Future Innovation Lab for Assets and Market Access, and the Agriculural Technology Adoption Initiative.

It covered various topics pertinent to the agriculture in Sub-Saharan Africa. Alain de Janvry, University of California, Berkeley and FERDI was a speaker for the invited panel (day 1).
