For several years, FERDI has been collaborating with the Center for Health Development and the Ministry of Health of Mongolia to strengthen the capacity of these two institutions to analyze the efficiency of the health system of Mongolia.
During the mission, the report on the efficiency of health structures in rural areas, co- written by Jacky Mathonnat (Senior Fellow at Ferdi and head of the Health program), Marlène Guillon (University of Montpellier) and three economists from the CHD, will be discussed with the authorities. A similar study will be undertaken on a sample of family health centers, which are responsible for outpatient care in cities. The program is supported by the Asian Development Bank.
