Out of the Trap: Supporting the least developed countries

The objective of this seminar organised by the OECD was to examine how the current international aid to the least developed countries (LDCs) supports the structural transformation of these countries and accompanies them on the road to transition.
Patrick Guillaumont, President of FERDI , presented various options for rethinking the international aid system for LDCs and developing countries, based on objective criteria of vulnerability.
