Secretary General, FERDI
She joined FERDI in October 2010 to respond to the Labex call for projects, and FERDI was selected in 2011 as one of the few projects selected in the field of economics. She followed the implementation of this project and then over time all of FERDI's projects, leading her to the position of Secretary General since January 2017.
Kelly Malige-Labart has a PhD in Economics from the Centre for International Development Studies and Research (CERDI). She then completed a post-doctoral fellowship at the IAMO (Leibniz Institute für Agrarentwicklung in Mittel und Osteuropa, Halle, Germany) where she implemented projects with the World Bank, a European project of the Marie Curie Program, and worked as an expert for the European Commission.
