Gaëlle Balineau is a development economist at AFD. She conducts research on agri-food trade, market regulation and the evolution of the productive structure of economies.
She holds a PhD in economics from CERDI-Université Clermont-Auvergne and was an associate researcher at FERDI from 2011 to 2014.
In 2011, she received the Young Researcher Award from the city of Clermont Ferrand.
