    He has worked with several international and national organizations, including the Global Partnership for Education, the European Commission, the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs, the French Development Agency (AFD), the World Bank, and UNESCO’s International Institute for Educational Planning (IIEP). He currently works as an independent expert.

    His work focuses on education financing and the effectiveness of international funding for education.
