    Biographie

    Alain Charlet is a lawyer and works as an independent expert on tax policy and legal drafting issues for the IMF, the World Bank, the OECD and the European Commission in African and Caribbean countries.

    He is teaching at “Ecole des Mines de Paris” (Mines ParisTech Graduate School) and at the UCA. He also works regularly with the “Université de Sherbrooke” (Quebec) and the CREDAF.
