Prior to joining IFC, Pierre Aimé held the position of Commercial Finance Director for Francophone Africa at General Electric (GE), leading the origination, structuring and execution of financing solutions for Energy and Healthcare projects in the region.
Before working at GE, Pierre spent 12 years at Citi where he held various positions including Corporate & Investment Banking Head for Côte d’Ivoire and Global Subsidiaries Group Head for West & Central Africa based in Abidjan as well as Corporate Finance Transactor Africa Division based in Johannesburg.
He holds a MSc in Management from Kedge Business School (Formerly Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Bordeaux) and is an alumnus of Harvard Business School’s General Management Program.
