This Spring University is an opportunity for GRETHA to review research programmes, prepare PhD students for key deadlines (thesis defense, job interviews), and organize a research seminar involving external researchers.
The paper "Telecommunications submarine cable vulnerability and local performance of firms in developing and transition countries" (Ferdi, working paper P195) was presented to the team of researchers and PhD students from GRETHA and LAREFI. Another paper was presented by Thomas Eekhout (GRETHA, CNRS) and Jean-Philippe Berrou (LAM, Sc Po Bordeaux): "Les usages professionnels du téléphone mobile dans l'informel de Dakar : entre complémentarité des usages et polarisation des usagers", with T. Eekhout, F. Combarnous and K. Mellet.
