    Biographie

    Simone Bertoli has been a professor at the University of Clermont Auvergne since 2016, and a junior member of the Institut Universitaire de France since 2018.

    He was an associate professor with a joint CNRS/CERDI chair between 2011 and 2016. His research activities focus on the analysis of the determinants and effects of migration flows, particularly the effects on migrants' countries of origin.

    He has published in Journal of Development Economics, Journal of Economic Geography, World Bank Economic Review, and World Development.
