Sébastien Boyé has co-managed I&P's direct investment activities for the past 20 years and is responsible for the I&P Afrique Entrepreneurs funds (IPAE 1 and IPAE 2). He has managed and coordinated over 200 investments in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across Africa, particularly in French-speaking countries. He lived in Ghana for 3 years to launch I&P's activities in the country and set up the new local office. Prior to joining I&P, Sébastien's experience was mainly in the banking sector. He was a Corporate Credit Analyst at BNP Paribas in Paris and Los Angeles. He is the co-author of "Le Guide de la Microfinance".
