Coline Real joined Ferdi in 2023 after working for one year in evaluating public policy for women's organisations. Additionally, she has three years of experience in managing programmes that promote women's economic empowerment and sustainable development with the Organisation internationale de la Francophonie. She holds a master's degree in public international law and international relations.
