Biographie

A macroeconomist, Boileau Loko spent more than 25 years at the International Monetary Fund (IMF), including 15 years in senior management and high-level positions.

An expert in fiscal, monetary, and financial policies, he has contributed to the definition and implementation of the IMF’s strategic priorities, particularly on issues specific to emerging and developing economies.

Author of numerous publications in macroeconomics and development, his work focuses in particular on public debt, fintech, productivity, migration, public finance, and the macroeconomic management of natural disasters.
