On 5 April 2019 in Paris, the Foundation Prospective et Innovation organized a meeting with the members of the CCIEE. The CIEE is a Chinese think-thank chaired by Mr. Zeng PEIYAN, former Deputy Prime Minister of the PRC. The representatives of the CCIEE met the members of the Foundation Prospective et Innovation led by Jean-Pierre Raffarin and the representatives of French foundations including FERDI.
This meeting provided an opportunity to exchange views on the global economic situation and on possible ways of a collaboration between France and China on Africa. Under the supervision of the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), the CCIEE is considered to be a major think-tank.
