The session was divided into a 45 minute presentation based upon the FERDI paper “Mesurer l’aide publique au développement: pourquoi et comment changer?”, whilst sharing their views on assessing how to identify the most vulnerable poor countries and designing criteria for the allocation of international resources. This was followed by 45 minutes of Q&A.
