The Center for Policy Dialogue (CPD, Dakha, Bangladesh) organized on November 24-26 2010 in Dakha (Bangladesh) in collaboration with the OECD Development Centre a seminar on LDCs in the context of the UN LDC IV in Istanbul (May 30 - June 3, 2011) on the theme "Exploring a New Global Partnership for the Least Developed Countries (LDCs) in the context of the UN LDC IV".
