FERDI and the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs (MEAE) organised a Brown-bag Lunch on blockchain.

Matthieu Boussichas presented the working paper P246 "La technologie blockchain, alliée de la coopération au développement?" [Blockchain technology, an ally of development cooperation?]. He then discussed with some MEAE staff the limits, potential and implications of this technology for development cooperation.
