Biographie

Philippe Messéant serves as the Director of Administration and Partnerships at the Institut des Hautes Études du Développement Durable (IHEDD) within the Fondation pour les Études et Recherches sur le Développement International (Ferdi), where he is also a member of the Comex.

Within IHEDD, he is responsible for coordinating the planning and execution of various training programs, both long and short formats. This involves establishing partnership agreements with institutions in both the South and North regions, as well as overseeing and coordinating alumni networks. He maintains close ties with administrations in the South, including alumni from the Clermont-Ferrand Pole for International Development (PCDI), particularly those from the Economic Policy Management program (GPE). Additionally, he collaborates with international and regional organizations dedicated to public development policies.

Philippe Messéant holds a Ph.D. in economics from Cerdi (Clermont Auvergne University).
