Aissa is a founding member and Vice-President of the Women's Investment Club Côte d'Ivoire (WIC), and a member of WIC Senegal, non-profit associations committed to promoting women's entrepreneurship in Africa. As part of its mission to support businesses created and run by women, WIC initiates:
-Programs to strengthen the technical and general capacities of women entrepreneurs.
-Networking with international and local players to develop business partnerships.
These programs are mainly financed by international partners requiring projects with significant social and societal impact.
